It was late in the day and the service rep who met me was exceptional in his concern for my situation, and my need to have any work done quickly, and aske me to return the van the next morning.
The next morning I met with Vic who assessed the situation and recommended a strategic approach to finding the problem. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and best of all they were experts in the business, smart, fast and fair. The issue was located and fixed, and I was on my way.
After my experience with the service I received at Motor Werks I would return for any further problems knowing that only the work needed would be done, it would be done by smart and experienced techs, and it would be fairly priced.
