Quick turnaround and succinct explanation with a friendly tone.
Radiator hose blew but I didny know it, just saw serious leeks. I was close and swung in on a Friday night and use the overnight dropoff ( very convenient) and by noon the next day my cat was all fixed. They called and explained and repaired it in not jiffy. Will be coming back for sure!
