The staff at Lextechs are awesome! They are straight forward, honest, dependable and communicate effectively with their customers. They do not make you feel that you are being taken advantage of or need to read between the lines. I had my car at the dealership for over a week trying to figure out where the fuel smell was coming from and they could never get it right. Once I took it to Lextechs they found the problem and had it fixed in 2 days. They kept me informed on the progress. As a women I do not feel intimated when I have to take my car in for service at LexTechs. I feel like a valued customer.
