I apologize you were dissappointed and assure you that our coffee machine and refrigerator were not repairable by our staff or they would have been fixed in a timely manner. The refrigerator is a special order size, due to it's location, and is on order to be replaced on arrival. The coffee machine is serviced by a small business owner that lives nearby and he comes on the day we call if we have a problem for service. This doesn't happen very often, but when it does I know it can be disappointing. We have a coffee machine downstairs too, if you experience any problems please let us know while you are here so that we can do everything we can to make it more comfortable for you.
