I have reviewed your invoice and in fact you did spend 1 and a half hours here to get an inspection. The first thing we should have told you is that under perfect conditions it takes about 20 min. per car. I do not know how many cars were in front of you but we can guess about three cars per hour. You should have been given a better est. of time, or an update on how things we going with regards to the time.
