I apologize for the errors we made while installing tires on your vehicle. The first mistake was more of a cosmetic issue due to your vehicle being an 05 Ford F150, but it still was a mistake on our part and we apologize.
As for the leaking valve stem, please let us know the costs of the repair. I agree that a leaking tire is a serious issue. If you saved the bad part, I would like to send it back to the manufacturer for further investigation.
