We had problem with are Escape not starting and needing to be jumped. Maple Grove Auto wasn't open that Sunday & we needed the car the next morning. So we took it to Sears, asking them to check the electrical system. They said it was just the battery, and we bought a new battery. Forty-five days later, its happening again. We called Maple Grove Auto and we got it right in. They called and explained what they were seeing, gave me a price and I asked if they could get it done that day (it was 1/2 over by the time I returned their call). He said he felt he could do it, and he did at lot faster. The cost was what he estimated it to be. I'll never say they are the cheapest, but they do very good work, stand behind their work, and are great to work with.
