Exactly what I have come to expect.
I made the request for an appointment online in the evening, within a couple of hours I had a reply from Todd that my requested time and service was okay. Dropped the car off at the appointed time, Kevin got my keys, took a couple of minutes to make sure that I had no other problems.
The car was done when they said it would be, the price was good, the customer was happy.
