They provided excellent service
I brought my car in earlier in January for an unrelated reason but while there they looked at my tire that happened popped up on my dashboard.
From checking my tire, they noticed my brakes were becoming weak. So they gave me an estimate of repair with no hard sale pressure. I really appreciate that they were very professional but also understanding of the cost when you’re on a tight budget.
They won my business for life!!!

Pre-purchase checkup on a 1 yr old car. Can't buy the security of knowing that you had a competent third eye looking at it for you.
Mears understood that if possible, I needed to be seen fairly shortly after bringing my used vehicle home. They were able to get me in perfectly. Short visit but makes me feel much more confident I did the right thing. I was referred to Mears by my previous mechanic when he was retiring. That told me alot.

Crosstrek had a strange metallic rattling on the front right side
Took Crosstrek in to diagnose the metallic rattling around passenger front wheel. They identified something was loose and tightened it. No big deal. Rattling is gone and service was jiffy quick. At other places I have never had a front rattling sound be repaired without some semi-catastrophic (to my wallet) ‘repair’ being required.

Mears is honest and I can trust them!

QX50 had left oily stains on the garage floor
Mears checked it out and nothing appeared to be out of whack. Probably some residue pulled down from driving in the heavy snow. Always glad to verify no problem than to find something! Appreciate your crews honesty and ethical repair!
