Quick/ Easy / Straightforward
Honest about pricing quote. Also the lowest quote in the area. No up selling. I had an idea of what i needed done before going, and it was done very quickly. They talk to you like a person and not like a "mechanic" which is always refreshing. If I run into any other issues with other vehicles, they will be my first call.

Great work with reasonable prices
I’ve taken two cars there in the past month
Mike took the time to research to determine why the engine light was coming with one of the cars He provided supporting documentation I can give to BMW to have it repair at their expense

2nd Car: I received 3 quotes to get the motor mounts replaced Mike & Mike quote was a 3rd lower than the other two.

I highly recommend using them in the future. You can’t go wrong.

I shopped around to get the motor mounts replaced in my BMW. I received three different quotes Mike and Mike’s were 2/3 lower than highest. “. That was a huge difference. It’s nice to deal a business you can trust and have peace of mind. You’re getting the best price in town
