Honest and trustworthy.
I am extremely picky about my car and the work done to it. Dan and his team were able to repair a problem I had with my transmission cooler lines quickly, and it was extremely affordable! They did nice work however, unfortunately, one of the lines installed was defective and burst while on the hiway. I had the truck towed to the shop and Dan called me promptly that morning and stood by his work, and got my truck taken care of. What amazed me was that other shops would have blamed it on something else. Dan was straightforward about the issue and warranted his work without hesitation. To me that is outstanding customer service that is tough to find nowadays. They really made a customer out of me, and I will be continuing to bring my vehicles to Our King Auto for service.
