good overall experience
when we first got there, there were cars lined up everywhere, couldn't even get close to the service garage doors, had to park way over in the parking lot, instead of being able to honk horn and pull inside garage. once we got to service desk though, Shane was very helpful and courteous, does a good job of explaining and answering questions.
