front end people
Whether by phone or in person, the folks that deal with the public are fully aware of their need to explain to the customer what is going on and to treat customers with honesty and sincerity. We do not get to interact with those actually fixing our problems, so the front end people become our most important contact. Only fair to say that the work out of the garage has always been superior and we will keep retuning.
