I have always enjoyed my service at Pohanka Hyundai. Sean Tolton and Will Bishop are the best service advisors and they provide excellent customer service. Sean was my service advisor on this most recent visit, and he made certain to explain everything thoroughly. What impressed me the most is that he knew me by name without my having to tell him. The only negative of the visit is that I did not get a call indicating my car was ready for pick-up BUT when I called to find out and when I arrived, Sean apologized profusely. I was not upset because the service center was busy that day (New Year's Eve). The lack of a call did not affect my day nor did it cause me to not want to use Pohanka Hyundai in the future. In fact, I feel comfortable and secure taking my car to this service center based on the amazing customer service. I am considering strongly trading in my 2005 Elantra for a newer model, so I hope that the sales department members are just as phenomenal as Sean and Will.
