Trustworthy Repair Shop
I have taken my old van to Pope several times recently. It just wasn't running right. After an evaluation, the service technician Nathan dicussed all the options with me. He told me both everything that could be repaired but also narrowed it down to the most important repairs. I took my van to another shop for a second opinion. The price quoted me at the second shop was significantly higher and the techinician referred to me as "sweetie." I went back to Pope and was able to schedule the work according to my schedule. I believe I was treated fairly and respectfully.
