Ron your service writer is excellent!
We did buy our vehicle at this dealership, and it is the closest. I was disappointed at the cost, the 1st time I was in I was told it would be $80 to $160, and it was $160, then for this the 2nd visit I was told it would not be more than $80 and I was charged $140. The 2 problems I brought it in for are fixed, and they fixed a 3rd item that I did not know was broken so that is a good thing.
