Family operated.
I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left. I brought it back to be corrected. I was told it was a tire pull. Which I don't believe for a couple reasons. Was the vehicle not test driven after work? A test drive would have shown these issues. Or did the tech just not care enough to correct?
