He gave me a quote on the phone quickly, and when I called to schedule got me in quickly. I was provided with a loaner car--a little beat up and wobbly, but a loaner from such a small business was really a plus and allowed me to get things done while having a big repair done on the car. The car was fixed on time, and was called when the repair was complete. Overall, a great experience. Only complaint was location--30 mins from my house and difficult to find for me! I will be back.
