Good Customer Service
The last time I went in to this dealership, I was greeted by the owners son who was working the showroom floor. I was really impressed to see that the owners of this dealership care enough to have one of their own actually working directly with customers. Having the owner directly in the "trenches" working with customers shows me a level of seriousness about customer care I rarely see with other companies. I will definitely try to buy my next car from one of the dealerships owned by Rick Case.
