Service Adviser Chris Van Horn & Jacki make sure that you feel at home. Keep you updated on the progress and condition of your car. They work hard to insure your satisfaction.
Chris Van Horn & Jacki are the main reason I use this dealership. Our Azera is a winner except when you cannot obtain parts on a 5 year old car. Seriously! The parts department cannot look up parts for our 5 year old car. That should be addressed before we purchase a 2014 model.
