While I sat there and waited for the services on my car to be completed, I quickly realized this isn't your run of the mill auto repair shop. Listening to Ed and Les talk to their customers, it was clear that they wanted to know more about their customers, and their lives.
The other thing that they did to instantly gain trust was actually take me back into the shop to point out the problems and show me what was actually going on with my car. It's rare that people do that, but quite welcome.
