He knows cars
He not only writes the service order but test drives the cars to make sure they are working properly after the service is done and he personally knows how to fix them. I have had Steve work on my cars for years. I have a history of driving cars into the 200,000 mile range and have complete confidence in Steve being able to tell me what is wrong and how to fix it. I have also have extended warranties on the cars and he knows how to work with them. The best place to take a car for regular maintenace as welll as to fix major and minor problems is S&S
