The staff needs to be competent is repair without further damaging the vehicle. And when it does happen there should be more effort to correct the problem on the staff part rather than the vehicle's owner.

Ms Putney I appologise for the past inconviences with the trim. We have in the past replaced each piece of trim you requested since the vehicle theft damage. There was another peice ordered by me 2 visits ago. I did not know you come in the other day for service. If you you could please stop by I would be glad to go over the vehicle with you and walk to parts together to insure the the necessary parts are ordered and installed.

Ms. Putney I am sorry, I was mistaken your vehicle did not have the theft damage it was the tree branch that fell on the car. I am here Mon.- Fri 7:30 til 6PM you can call or stop by and I will get this taken care of
