I was not please with my service at all. I had an oil change and then came in a few weeks later to find out my front brakes and rotors had to be replace. I would have expected that when i was in for the oil change they would have mentioned that my brake were bad. I was told everything was fine. Not 2 weeks later my brakes were totally gone. I was very disappointed. I was new to the neighbor hood and had both vechiels oil change. When I questioned the mechanic A young kid. He told me that it was my inside pads that whore out and that wouldnt have been noticable. He seamed a little flip to me. I didnt buy his explaination at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I apologize for the misunderstanding. 
The oil change includes a visual check of the brakes with the 20 Point Visual Inspection.  Unless the customer has a concern with the brakes (i.e. noises) we don't take off the wheels. 
This should have been considerately explained to you.  Apparently it was not and I will review this with both the mechanic and service writer.
