Disappointed
In the past, the diagnosis of the my car problems was prompt. However, today I was left waiting for two hours. I understand that sometimes you are busy, but had I known it would be two hours, I would have arranged for my son to come pick me up. Simply put, there was no communication telling me it was going to be two hours. Also, I felt that you were searching for other issues to fix to pad my bill.
