The finance guy was very friendly and not overly pushy to get me to buy add-ons. However, he knew nothing about the new Starlink Safety Plus and Security Plus plans. He thought that Subaru would send information in the future. That was odd as they are money makers for extensions plans. Trung explained many of the cars features and paired my phone. The whole process took about an hour and an half. Trung followed up with a call a couple of days later. Overall, this was the second best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d recommend giving Trung and South Coast Subaru your business.
