I want to start off by introducing myself. My name is Ferdie Ang, Service manager. I think there was a misunderstanding as to what was actually done to your car. The original time you came in for the smell, we had replaced the gasket since it was very likely that the gasket was not placed in correctly by the factory. The second time you came in which was on the 20th of January, it was determined that the actual flange was what was actually bad. At this point we ordered the exhaust parts that had the bad flange. This would be the normal procedure for this since its not very likely that flanges are incorrect on the exhaust parts. Im very sorry again for the miscommunication. I know your time is valuable and we try our best to minimize your wait here. If i can do anything in the future to make up for the lost time, please let me know.
