Professional and courteous
I've never dealt with dealerships before. I always got the impression they were finding phantom things wrong and over charging. Since the first time I dealt with Springfield Hyundai with the sales team, and up until now in dealing with the service team. They have been nothing but professional, courteous, and fair.
