Good people, but quite a rip off
To pay a whole lot of money UP FRONT just to analyze the car sounds like an abomination. If the deposit were a third of what I paid, I'd have saved the rest. If the rest had been spent on actual repair, I would not feel ripped off.

I am writing in response to your most recent service visit... I do apologize for how you left feeling.. What I have found is your vehicle came in for a Air Bag light concern, this type of concern requires a series of tests to be performed to determine the cause... Once we concluded the testing it was determined to be a fuse which caused your light to be active. I do understand your frustration of paying the diagnoise fee required to just replace a fuse but the steps we needed to take to determine took some time...
Again I extend my apologies for your feelings but we are here to make your vehicle safe for you and your family and at times it does require necessary steps to achieve this goal...

The next time you are in for service please ask for me as I would like to extend a complimentary wash and wax for your vehicle..
