Honesty
Service writers who are sincere, honest, point blank. Giving quality and quantity with knowledge and genuine concern. Extremely respectful to female clientele, with no feeling of intimidation or even making you feel like they were talking a different language. You walk in nervous, budgeting and worried when vehicle issues arise. But with in a minute or two your walking out with relief knowing your in great hands.
