I my self worked for dealerships for over 33 yrs. I have never seen a dealership run the way this one is and stays in busness. I delt with the service dept so i cant comment on the sales end but the service dept is the worst. It starts with awnsering a phone is allmost impossable to get anyone but the front desk. I was told my car would be fixed in one day. I dropped off my car two days earlier and it wasnt even finished the day it was promised. I was never contacted that it was done or ever contacted at all. I had to check on it myself. Then i had to go out in there lot to find it because it wasnt where the man told me it was. I dont know about you but try to find a car that looks like yours when they all do, well i found it after about 20min and had to use the emergency alarm to do it. So its the last time i will use them.
