Trustworthy BMW Shop
Had a great experience with Ultimate Autowerks (UA) getting a hitch installed for my X7. The install did not go smoothly due to the programming controlled by the hitch manufacturer (Stealth), but UA honored their original quote even though it took them 3x as long as they expected. They were very accommodating with my schedule and even met me after hours to pick up the car.

Wouldn't hesitate to bring my BMW back there for work in the future! Their lot was full of BMW's ranging from an E30 to latest F95 while I was there, so they clearly know them.
