laid back with no pressure
I was very pleased with my whole experience. Dave Sanford was my salesman. He actually sent me a video message before I arrived. First time that has happened and it was very nice to get a personal message like that. Truck was ready when I got there and we hit the road within minutes. The purchase process was very fast and easy. None of this back and forth with another salesman or manager. It was here's what your trade is, here's the interest rate, and payment. Easy. The whole process was maybe an hour and half. The signing of papers was also easy. No trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. Brian also was very informative and knowledgeable. If I need another car or if I know anyone who needs one. Vancouver toyota will be where I go.
