Great experience
Outstanding service. Took my truck in to have a headlight replaced; the service writer noticed the headlight lenses were very clouded. I chose to have both issues dealt with. The wait time was quite short - just about an hour. The service writer then went out to the truck with me to look at the headlite lenses. This extra attention to detail is impressive, and made me as a customer, feel valued. It reinforces the message that Vancouver Toyota cares about its customers.
