My car had 4 new tires put on and a safety and emission test. I had 2 problems, the first was that 2 of the tires that were put on were not the kind that I had bought and weren't the same kind as the other 2 new tires that were put on. The 2nd problem I had was one of the lug nuts that were put back on my car was not the same size as the originals. My lug nut wrench would not fit over the head of this one nut. If I didn't discover that immediately when I took my car home and looked it over that could have been bad. If I had a flat tire, I would not have been able to get the tire off because of this one lug nut that didn't match the size of all the others. Both issues were corrected and a Manager at the store put a credit on my account for a free oil change. Everyone was professional and they did give me the credit, but having 2 bad issues on the same visit is not good.

Sorry for the unfortunate mistake we made while installing your tires. It seems that there were 2 sets of 17 inch tires sitting in the tire bay for install at the same time and my technician did not pay close attention while doing the install. I see that Woody has noted your account with a free oil change.

We do strive for perfection on any work we do here, howerer sometimes we may fall just a little short. I thank you for allowing use to correct the problem and service your vehicles in the future.
