Following up with customer to apologize and provide credit for any costs associated with this problem. Our records show that the last service was in late July/early August. During that time it took us a few days to discover we had received a shipment of wheel weights from our supplier that had some weights with defective adhesive. We took immediate action to remove the defective weights from our supply and warranty any services for impacted customers. This is the opposite of the type of servcie we expect to provide our customers. We are 100% focused on providing service that never requires a return visit for the same problem.
