For just a little while, the Ice Rink Plaza Goodyear had lost some of it's mojo due to a drop in it's usually high level of customer service. However, I think they're back now with Derrick as the manager. He is the best manager they've ever had. No other manager has ever said to me "Welcome back"...he actually remembers customers. Other managers didn't do that, even though they were nice on the phone and all. But he's really making it "personal". And even the employees seem to be in good spirits. The guys near the free air station were very helpful with me the other day I was getting air...they actually asked if I needed assistance with my tires. And I'm a well capable young person so it was really just out of good customer service that they asked. I've been taking my car there for seven years...and I think the way these guys pay close attention to cars, it will last another seven.
