Simple Oil change
When I got in the car after the oil change I noticed you have placed a bottle of water in the console, nice I thought... However that juster would have been more effective if you had also put the oil Fill cap back on the valve cover rather then leaving it on top of the windshield washer tank.

Following up with the customer to apologize and address this error. Oil fill cap is one of the several items that is not only checked but double checked by a second technician as part of our standard proceedure. Obviously a process break down. We will review with the team members involved and our video records to determine the cause and make corrections required to prevent recurrance. Thanks for letting us know about it.
