Polite, Helpful, and Very Fair
The analysis of the check engine light produced conflicting results (2 codes) so unfortunately WTA could not diagnose the problem. WTA's electronic diagnostic tool was apparently limited for my somewhat uncommon VW diesel engine. But WTA did not charge me for their effort and even suggested another local auto repair shop that might help me. My WTA whole experience could be characterized as polite, helpful, and fair.
