Super Service Once Again

Once again, I got super service at Western. I needed 4 new tires on my Jeep compass. I had stopped in about a month ago and got a quote from Ben that I thought was reasonable and included front end alignment. I stopped and saw Scott about a week ago and told him that I wanted to purchase those tires. He was able to look up my record in the system and see the price Ben had quoted. I made a 9AM appointment for yesterday. When I arrived they were ready for me and got me in right away. My total wait was approximately one and one half hours and I was out and back on the road by 10:30AM. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid and no one tried to sell me anything else. Western is and always be my go to place for auto service. They take care of both my and my wife's vehicles and I drive in from Lake St. Louis because I trust them and their work.
