recently discovered new ownership, service has continued without interruption.

We have been using the services here for a long time, before it became Western. We have an older car and want to keep it going as long as possible for economic reasons and we feel that it is the intent of the personnel to help us to do so. We are grateful for the attention to the vehicle and that they will check each time we have left and discovered a rattle or unfamiliar sound and had to return. As a retired couple, on a very fixed income, we appreciate the fairness of the charges, and don't believe they are out to empty our pockets just because they can. The desk workers always display a polite and friendly attitude, and seem willing to do what they can to get the needed task accomplished. Sometimes I think they feel the whole in my finances as much as I do. May God bless all your endeavors. Thanks to All
