3 hours turned into 9.
I dropped my car off at 9:30 in the morning, with a 10am appointment. I was told the service of a recall would take 3 hours. I also had an oil change done, so I figured it may take a little while longer. After trying to call them and check on the status of my car, 2 hours later someone called me and informed me they were almost done. I got my keys back at 6:30pm, after they had closed. The mechanics did not complete what they were supposed to on my car, but still charged me.

Thank you for your business and for bringing this to my attention. I assure you that this not the way we want things done and if I were you I would be upset too. I am personally going to get with our service director and investigate what happened and how we dropped the ball.
