Wait time is always reasonable (1 hr or less ) No service problems in 2 years.
Wait time is always reasonable (1 hr or less for oil change). I usually book appt online, but this time there was a problem choosing a time on the online calendar so I called to make the appt. No service issues with since i bought my sonata in oct 2011. I recommend sticking with the original dealer who knows your car best!
