I spoke with Edward today and apologized for any problem he had with his visit. He is totally correct in saying that retail business is all about pleasing the customer and I hope that my call to him to apologize for our error went a long way towards resolving this important issue. We are human and we do make mistakes, but we will try our best to be smart and learn from our error so that this does not happen again. we wished him a very Merry Christmas and hope that he would return and he wished us the same and we hope to see him soon.
