Mechanics Outstanding in Their Field of Excellence
Recently I had my Chevy 2500 Silverado Duramax worked on, a lot of stuff was needed for this, one of
which were the glow plugs,.. after I picked the truck up the first time, it was just a few days later that the engine light came on,.. took it in and they found that there were a couple of faulty glow plugs that they installed, they took out the bad and put in good,.. went for a few more days, again the light comes on, found out it was another glow plug,.. I decided to wait a bit as it seemed like it wasn't problem. Then a few weeks later the truck didn't start,.. took it in, apparently whoever installed the batteries installed one of them the wrong size,.. needed both batteries installed and this time they switched all of the glow plugs and put in new,.. they held true to their warranty given.

salesperson and totally professional in responding to our questions and answering
them. After a few back and forth negotiations we reached an agreement to purchase our new vehicle. I have to say again, as a salesperson, David made our experience stress free and memorable. We have made quite a few purchases over our many years, but this one was by far the most enjoyable.

ard, they do great work, and their customer service is awesome. They take the time to explain everything clearly, they keep me updated on the progress. When the problem is intermittent they keep digging until they find it, and they get it right. Customer service excellence is something they take very seriously. They're the best.

I have done business with Beaverton Toyota for many years. I find them to be well organized.
I pre-ordered my new vehicle appx 2-months in advance. It was unclear exactly when the delivery date
would be. When delivered I was given 48 hrs to pick up the car when I was previously told there was flexibility.. there seems to be none. Canceled my weekend plans at my cost to pick up vehicle. The sales process took 3.5 hours. I have Tier 1 credit and came in with over 70% down… I did enjoy working with just 1 person. Noel was great and I would work with her again. I just think that buying a car takes way too long!
