Excellent customer service and the ability to correctly explain and answer questions are rare in this day and time. I was blessed to find these qualities and more at Norris Garage. One day I had a situation with my truck and decided to pull in to find out if anyone could help me. Larry listened to my problem and tried to schedule me the same day. After taking a look at the problem, he was able to fix it on the spot for way less than my mechanic. Because of this experience, I switched from my mechanic to Norris Garage. I have since been back for preventive maintenance and Mr. Norris explained in detail services needed to keep my truck in good shape. I took my car to Hyundai and they held my car for 8 days. I also took my wife’s car to Nissan where they wanted to charge her $5,500. Both dealerships failed miserably in their attempts to assist. Joe and his team took care of both vehicles and explained what was really going on with both of them. Both are back on the road and running well and his pricing was much better as well. I highly recommend Joe and his team if you are looking to have your vehicle well cared for.
