I would recommend this shop to anyone! The guys in there were great. They always kept me informed of the progress on my car. They went out of there way to help and I am so thankful to them. If your car needs to be repaired, I would always say go to Midway! Best customer service!!

I have been coming to this shop for 5 years now. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. The staff is honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even when our van broke down, we were able to make payments. These people really care about their customers, compared to other mechanics who are just trying to screw you over.

As usual, these guys provide a great service at a reasonable cost. They use a floor liner every time to protect your interior floor and don’t leave fingerprints all over your car. (I know it sounds silly, but it is a small detail to show proper car care.)

Midway always gives me honest, truthful answers to any of my car questions and problems. They don't try to sell me something just to make money but only if my car really needs it. I bought a new set of tires for my car under their advisement because of saving money-a better price for four- but more so because of their safety concerns. They care about their customers and treat us like part of the family. The Midway Tire Group is the only people I take my car problems too. They are honest, caring, and trustworthy. Just moved to NC and these guys serviced my engine, gave me a discount for getting an oil change with them as well. The guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, and since I was waiting at the shop whole they worked on my car, I felt like they did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible, even though they were super busy. Could not recommended them strongly enough.
