Steve is always very accommodating when I need to get an oil change on the work truck. I leave it for the day and he calls me when it's done.

The crew at State Tire have been taking care of my family’s cars for a long time. They are always honest and fair about what needs to be done to the vehicle. Just this last visit they reminded me that I had completed some key service tasks on my prior visit and so it wasn’t necessary however they checked to confirm everything was still kosher and sent me on my way. I’ve never had a bad experience in my years of bringing multiple cars there.

I was researching tires for my Outback and narrowed that search to the Goodyear brand as the Assurance tire was highly recommended for the Subaru. I then searched for the closest dealer and found State Tire in Lacey, had no idea that it was there. I met the store manager Nick and told him I was looking for a set of tires he said without looking anything up "he recommended " the Assurance tires to me. I was so impressed that he knew this so I made the appointment to have the tires mounted and also do the rear brakes. As it turned out the tires are great, and I appreciate the honesty of Nick explaining to me the brakes could be done at a later time, some repair shops would have done the brakes anyway .It was an absolute pleasure in dealing with Nick, and I will be back for any additional service that we may need.

I appreciate everyone at State tire. From the time I first met them several years ago when I moved here, they have always been conscientious and straightforward, as well as honest. When my Hyundai continually needed oil, they brought it to my attention that this was a common problem and I should visit the dealer. Good thing I did just months before my warranty was out. I was able to receive a new engine, every time I call they make sure they fit me in with my tight schedule at work. It is always a pleasure

Absolutely outstanding Service. I came in without an appointment for a screw in my tire and they addressed the issue right away. It was much appreciated. Very honest with a high level of customer service. I will be back for future services. Awesome job!!!

I went in for my oil change and had a few other things that needed to be done. I was having trouble with my windshield wiper fluid and the pump was broken so it was expertly replaced . Also, I had my tires rotated and a new license plate frame put around my front and rear license plates and I also had a right tail light bulb replaced. I was told I should have my air filter done as it was quite old and also the fluid and the steering wheel needed to be done as it hadn't been done since I purchased the car. Everything was done expertly and I was told about each item that needed to be replaced as each one was ticked off the list. I have to say the team at State tire are not only professional but very convivial. It's a relaxed atmosphere where there is no pressure to do more than needs to be done to your car. However, if something really needs to be done they let you know immediately and that's what we need so we don't want to break down on the highway. That's never good. They've been maintaining my car for several years now and I have NO complaints, only Accolades of Excellence !!!

Nick, Steve and crew have always been accommodating whenever our cars need servicing. They always inform you beforehand if there is additional work to be done other than the original complaint.

Discovered I had a flat tire when starting trip to PA. They were able to take us immediately and repair the tire and get us on our way.

Nick and the group take excellent care of my company truck . They keep me safe with over 185,000 miles on the van,all repairs are done by this Nick and the tech's
