I am always pleased by the service provided by DiBacco's. There is always a prompt and courteous response when I reach out to schedule a service or when I have a question. I love how they text me a video to explain and show me the work that is needed on my car. I am always satisfied with work done on my car and the professionalism of everyone on staff. I am one someone whom wants to take good care of my car. They don't over fill the oil, like the dealership. I want to enjoy my Civic SI for as long as I can.

The serpentine belt and alternator pulley failed and the car could not be used. I was leaving on a business trip and DiBacco's repaired the car and it was ready for me when I got returned home. Great service, as always, would not go anywhere else.

Very pleased with the service I’ve had for both repair and regular maintenance.

DiBacco’s spent several hours recreating the situation I was experiencing while driving. They diagnosed the problem, quickly texted me with a short video explaining the problem and fixed the broken fan in a timely fashion with a fare price. Would definitely recommend them to someone for all auto care issues.
