This service department is always friends and respectful of my time. They do their best to be convenient and the customer lounge is the nicest I have seen not only in town but anywhere. It’s very spacious and extremely comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks are plentiful. There is something for everyone!

The Service Manager and his team are great! He and his staff are personable and very easy to work with to take care of my vehicle's service needs. Since I don't live in Tuscaloosa, I drive an hour (one way) to get my 2019 Sante Fe serviced and have since I purchased my SUV. Thomas, Matt, Eddie and all the Service members do a wonderful job to make sure my vehicle has the service it needs and in a timely manner. They are very much appreciated for their amazing customer service by me and my family!

I’ve been driving Hyundai‘s since 2009. 2022 Santa Fe Limited with the Kia Wheel base design, exceptional ride. 2.5 T engine is a sleeper, it will wake up any time you need it. The Santa Fe Limited has a distinctive front cap that stands out.

The people are professional, friendly and honest. The service department is great. They don’t try to tell me that there are things that “need” to be done every time I bring my car in for service so I feel I can trust them when they recommend something. I bought my vehicle from them in 2017 and I never take it anywhere else for service.
